During the winter Canmore has a host of snow filled fun. You can try your skills at the head of your own dog team with the help of with Mad Dogs and Englishman or dog sledding in Canmore can just be a question of sitting back and enjoying the ride. Canmore also has access to some of the best downhill skiing in the Canadian Rockies. Sunshine Village, Norquay, Lake Louise and the locals chose Nakiska. (The closest hill in The Rockies to Calgary.)
