Renting one of our vacation homes is easy. Simply choose the time of the year that's right for you, call us to make a booking, then get set to have fun! All you'll need to pack are clothes and your sports equipment.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings for Easter,Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date. All prices subject to 5% GST.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the arrival date, a security deposit of $500 will be authorized on your credit card. The security deposit authorization will be voided within 72 hours after your departure as long as there are no damages, missing items, or additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Of course we hope you don't have to change your vacation plans. However, please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.
For reservations cancelled more than 30* days prior to arrival, 80% of the full amount is refundable. Alternatively, reservations may be re-booked for another date within the following 12 months with a $25.00 re-booking fee.
If cancelled between 16 - 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full balance of a reservation is refundable. If cancelled less than 16 days prior to arrival, the full amount of a reservation is non-refundable.
*Please note: Any amount paid for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Let us know how many guests will be in your party. Our condominium does have a maximum number of guests it can sleep, but there are additional apartments available for larger parties at the current rental fees
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS
A 3 night minimun stay applies to all high season bookings.A 5 night minimum stay during Christmas and New Years, but with so much to see and do around Canmore, we're sure you'll want to stay much longer! Higher rates apply for bookings of shorter length. We may be able to help you find accommodation in Canmore on a nightly basis should you require it.
CHECKING-IN/CHECKING OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 11:00 am. Optional times can be prearrange.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on the property or in any of the common areas.
TELEPHONE CALLS
There is no charge for local calls (Canmore, Banff, Kananaskis Country and Exshaw). A phone card may be easily purchased for all long distance and international calls.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Sports equipment such as bikes, skis and snowboards are not permitted in the condominiums. Secured, individual storage lockers and locks are provided in the underground car park.
LINENS AND TOWELS
Linens and towels are provided for the maximum number of people each condominium accommodates.
COMPLAINTS REGARDING ACCOMMODATION
Our description of the properties available for rental are made in good faith. However, . Rentals in the Rockies decline responsibility for any modifications made by other owners (To additional condominiums you may wish to rent) without our knowledge. We also do not accept responsibility for the breakdown of the supply of utilities or essential services including the Gym and Hot tub which are in a common area, or for the loss or theft of any goods while staying in our apartment. However, you can be assured that Rentals in the Rockies will do their best to arrange to have any problems solved promptly for you.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is provided before and after each guest rental period. Daily housekeeping can also be arranged at an additional fee.
INVENTORY
We suggest that a full inventory list be completed for each guest stay. Failure to complete the checklist constitutes confirmation that all items have been provided and are in good working order. After guest departure, any missing or damaged items may be charged to the guest's account.
STANDARD KITCHEN ITEMS
You'll find all cooking utensils and cutlery are provided. You'll also find a starter pack of supplies such as salt, pepper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.
However, we do ask that you honour the system, i.e.: if you deplete an item during your stay, please replace it for the next guest, thank you.
QUIET TIME
Please respect our quiet time between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
BABY & CHILD NEEDS
If you have small children, please let us know in advance whether you require a crib, playpen and/or a highchair. We will look into renting this type of equipment for you. There may be a small rental charge involved. Most restaurants and leisure activities in and around Canmore are baby/child/family friendly.
PETS
Sorry we do not accept pets.
PARKING
Complimentary parking in the heated underground parkade is provided for one vehicle per condominium. All oversize vehicles and extra vehicles may be parked at the adjacent outside parking lot free of charge.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
If for reasons beyond our control, the reserved property becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to transfer guests to a similar property. We will try to make you aware of the change, however, in some cases, prior notification may not be possible. We cannot be held liable for any further obligations or claims by you.
ITEMS LEFT AT PROPERTY
Rentals in the Rockies do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. However, if an item is left at a condominium, we will notify you and if you wish, ship it to you for $10.00 plus any shipping and handling fee. We will only store lost items for 2 months and then donate them to local charities.
