Hello Debbie,
I just wanted to write you a note about our stay this past weekend at #411 in Canmore. I would like to thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness while speaking with you and arranging this vacation. I would also like to thank you for your flexibility of us arriving late on friday night, my apologies for the late arrival and thanks for giving me the access codes and instructions via phone so we could get into the condo right away.
Our stay at the condo was nothing less than Fantastic!!! I was so impressed with the affordability, the condo itself, and all the extra options we had available. The décor in every room made us feel right at home. Everything we needed or could think of from dish detergent to salad bowls was right there for our convenience. The fresh flowers and the little welcoming chocolates were the icing on the cake. It shows that you take pride in your property and that you really respect customer service!!! Thank you so much.
I will be definitely staying with you again and referring you to all my friends and family.
