.This message just in from our condo board concerning the use of hot tubs and gyms
“Hi Everyone. I’ll address the many questions and comments as best I can. This is what we are doing for now, and of course it might change.
These are the calendar links.
The QR and the links are posted in the elevators. The settings allow bookings 3 days in advance. For contact tracing, if you are a short term renter, instruct your guest to do the booking themselves. Please don’t do this for them. You will still need your key fob for access.
ONLY BOOK 1 25 MINUTE SPOT TO GIVE OTHER VISITORS AND RESIDENCE AN OPERTUNITY TO USE THE HOT TUBS, MANY THANKS.
We still wear masks in all buildings in Canmore , so yes in our building too.
Yes facilities are open. Hot tubs (10am -9pm) and gyms (8am-9pm)
Thursday has a large group of hours blocked for our weekly maintenance.
The calendar online reflects our hours of operation which are also posted on the doors to the gyms and hot tubs on the 4th floor.
Fobs are still required.
We have posters in elevators, & signs are on doors to gym and hot tubs.
We have hand sanitizer and cleaning sprays set out.
All of the regular rules and regulations are still to be followed and are still posted. No alcohol, no smoking, no entry if you have diarrhoea, not for infants , not recommended for people who are pregnant or suffer from high blood pressure, children are to be with adults and the like. Use at your own risk.
All of you having read these posted rules also know that the signs read “15 minute bathing time”, which is recommended by health providers , we have time slots allowing 25 minutes when booking.
Five bathers has always been the maximum allowed in hot tub A&C due to their size, that sign is at the back of the hot tub. B building is smaller, so the bather capacity is also smaller. This is for sanitation as the chemicals work based on water levels and temperatures etc. We have water samples delivered to public health every Monday and our maintenance provider is given directive from this. Every Thursday the water is changed. It takes hours to refill , chemically treat and bring water to full temperature.”
