Mount Norquay.
Canmore is a year round destination and a gateway to a world of new adventures. The “Mountaineer” route, which extends the Ridgewalker experience traversing the alpine ridge leading to the East Summit (2450m) of Mt. Norquay. Installed in May 2015, this via ferrata route includes an additional NEW 3-wire suspension bridge over an impressive chasm, and beautiful 360 degree views. This route runs from 8.30 and 11.30 and lasts for 6 hours and is available Friday to Sunday. 11.30 departures are dependent on the 8.30 tour being full. Groups are 2-8 people and the price of $299.00 + GST includes

If you just want a sample of life as a mountaineer the Explorer Route is a great place to start with tours at 8.30am, 12.00pm and 3.00pm with departures Friday to Sunday at 9.00am and 3.00pm at a cost of $139.00 The trip will last approximately 4 hours.
