I don't have my entry codes?
Please double check your spam or junk folders in your email account. You should received your codes approximately 3 days prior to your arrival, at which time we will ask you to confirm you have received them.
Which building are we in?
Can we checkin earlier that 4.00pm
Unforutnatly we are not able to offer early checkins. We want your condo to be serviced properly before you arrive, if the previous guests don’t leave until 11.00am then housekeeping need the 5 hours to make sure your unit is in good order.

Can I smoke in Canmore Crossing
Can we park more than one vehicle in the car park?
No, there is only one designated parking space for each condo, Height clearance for vehicles is 6’ 9”, 2.1M There is additional parking in both Safeway and SaveOnFoods car parks. They are ony a few yards away from the condo, well lit and parking is free and without height restriction.
