We are happy to answer your questions, but you may find some common answers here.
We try to supply our guests with as much information as we can on our web site, but sometimes you may need a bit more information or to find something in a hurry. Below you should find the answers to some of the most common questions. However, if you need to get in touch please call on 403-688-0366 or use the contact form.
I don't have my entry codes?

Please double check your spam or junk folders in your email account. You should received your codes approximately 3 days prior to your arrival, at which time we will ask you to confirm you have received them.

Which building are we in?

Can we checkin earlier that 4.00pm

Unforutnatly we are not able to offer early checkins. We want your condo to be serviced properly before you arrive, if the previous guests don’t leave until 11.00am then housekeeping need the 5 hours to make sure your unit is in good order.

Hot Tubs and Availability
The hot tubs are year round and the access fob, which should be handing in the hallway, will get you into all available tubs if one is being serviced. There are three in total. Roof top hot tubs in buildings “A” and “C” and building “B” has an interal hot tub.
In Alberta the rules governing the safely of hot tubs, open to the public is very strict and the condo board have to service the one of the tubs once a week and send samples away to be analysed but the authorities, who then have to right to shut the tubs without notice. However, this applies to all hot tubs, accessed by the public regardless of which building or hotel you stay in.

Can I smoke in Canmore Crossing
Canmore Crossing in a completely smoke free environment and smoking is not allowed in or around the building. This is enforced by By-law.
Can we park more than one vehicle in the car park?

No, there is only one designated parking space for each condo, Height clearance for vehicles is 6’ 9”, 2.1M There is additional parking in both Safeway and SaveOnFoods car parks. They are ony a few yards away from the condo, well lit and parking is free and without height restriction. 

What if we have an extra guest at the last minute?
Although our condos do have a maximum capacity or 7, we charge for the condo not per person.
What if I leave something in the condo?
Please inform us as soon as you can and we will do our very best to try and find your lost item. We will then post it back to you. There maybe a charge for this depending on the item.

What should we do with our garbage
It really helps housekeeping if you wouldn’t mind taking your garbage down to the dumpster in the basement. It’s behind doors on the left as you enter the car park from the lift.

Do you have an iron in the condos
Yes we do and with ironing boards.
Do you accept pets
We do advertise our condos as allergy free. Although not entirely allergy free, we know that many guests do have an allergy to animals so unfortunately we do not allow animals of any kind in our condos.
